Technical Assessment of ePublications at the Library

The Library of Congress engaged Digital Bedrock to prepare a report on the technical characteristics of the Library's eBook and eJournal collections. As a Digital Archivist at Digital Bedrock, I co-authored the report, which involved analysis of some 150,000 files available through the Library's access system Stacks.

Digital Preservation Analysis

Summarized technical characteristics of the ePub and PDF specifications relevant to digital preservation.
Utilized JHOVE and Apache Tika to collect metadata for 150,000 files.
Presented the report to stakeholders at the Library of Congress.

This project demonstrates my ability to conduct in-depth analysis of digital collections, author complex reports, and present my findings to stakeholders.
